Seven days, 1500+ miles and 23 or so hours on the road later, we arrived home. We weren't sure we'd be able to fit everything Miles got for Christmas into our car, but we did and it's all unpacked and we were able to put out the massive toy explosion in one day. If you're wondering how many times we watched the Elmo videos we packed, let's just say that we're estimating that 18+ hours of driving was with Elmo playing in the backseat. Good or bad, Miles was happy and made our time in the car tolerable. The downside is every time we get into the SUV, Miles points to the DVD player and says "Elmo."
