We started our trek home on Monday. We left Michigan and headed south to Columbus. We stopped in Elida, Ohio to visit with Mike's aunt and uncle. Miles welcomed the break. He learned how to use a yo-yo (but definitely needs lots of practice) and how to spin a top. He was mesmerized with the top and kept asking Uncle Fran, "again?!" Miles and Uncle Fran wrestled and ran around the house and only stopped for lunch. Unfortunately it took Miles a little longer than we had hoped to warm up to Aunt Mar but he did share his fruit snacks and cookies with her - and he only does that with people he really likes.
Had Miles not been absolutely exhausted from all of the fun, I think he would have put up a fight when we piled back into the car.
