On Saturday, we met Steve, Kelly and the kids and Mike's parents at the Baltimore Yacht Club. We spent the day swimming, indulged in an ice cream cake for dessert and then watched the fireworks from the back of the sailboat.

Pool, Boat, Ice Cream Cake...these are a few of Miles' favorite things!
If you ask Miles if he wants to go swimming, it's likely that he'll respond "Yes! Pool!" If you ask him where he wants to go, you'll hear "Nannie's boat!" or "Nick's house!" And, if you ask him what he wants for dinner, odds are that it'll be "Ice Cream Cake!" Needless to say, that's exactly what he got for his birthday (minus going to Nick's house).
