The parade route of the small town Mike's cousin Terri and her husband Joe live in goes right behind their house. They invited us over to watch the parade with them and the kids. Miles loved every minute of hanging out with his third cousins Carter, Courtney and Jake. The four little ones drove to the parade in Jake's PowerWheel, which was decked out in red, white and blue.
Miles and Carter are little buds and have so many of the same favorites. They couldn't get enough of the tractors - thank goodness there were at least 25 of them in the parade. Miles stayed true to his love of music and never missed a beat when the bands went marching (or driving) by. Courtney and Jake were quick to their feet every time candy was tossed to the ground and made sure Carter and Miles received their fare share.
It wasn't the biggest parade, but it was perfect for Miles and his three cousins.
