This week, I counted nine elephant ears, dozens of lilies, three bleeding heart bushes and a number of tulips, daffodils and crocuses. Now we're trying to figure out what perennials to add to the mix. I love our backyard!

Spring?!
Mother Nature keeps playing with us. One day it's absolutely beautiful here and the next it's rainy and cold. I'm praying that we don't go from winter to summer and 90 degree weather without hitting the 70 degree days first. When the weather permits, Miles and I like to check out our backyard (more me then him) to see if we have any new surprises.

Beautiful! I hope we get to see it sooner than later... Maddy calls ours "daffodillies!" ;-P
