Ever hear of Prancercise? Me neither until our family vacation. Cheryl introduced the family to this YouTube video while we were on vacation. According to prancercise.com, it's defined as a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward. It's similar to a horse's gait and ideally induced by elation.
