Girls' Weekend

Five of my college girlfriends and I met in Western Maryland for a much needed Girls' Weekend. The last time I saw most of them was in September when we met in Cleveland for the OSU/Toledo football game.

We decided to meet in Deep Creek since it was about a four hour drive for everyone except for Renne (she's from Cincinnati). We rented a gorgeous four bedroom cabin down the road from Wisp Ski Resort. Surprisingly, the slopes were still open but I'm the only one that skis so we didn't venture over there. We did, however, take a hike in Swallows State Park to see Muddy Creek Falls, the tallest waterfall in Maryland (53 feet). I think no matter how tall or small a waterfall is, it's a breath-taking sight.
