Yesterday morning Mike woke up with a tingle in his belly. He progressively got worse throughout the day. It appears that the stomach bug that's going around out here got him. I became a victim later in the day. I don't think we've felt this sick in ages. It's like having a major hangover without having had anything to drink.
Miles stayed with his Nannie and PopPop last night and I can't thank them enough for taking the little fellow. Mike and I wouldn't have been able to take care of him. The bug knocked both of us out.
Mike is doing much better and I am too but still feel sick. I'm hoping it'll be out of my system within the next couple hours. What a way to spend the weekend. I guess we should have known it was going to be "crappy" when our weekend started with cutting Miles out of his onesie. Glad it's almost over...but wish we could start it over instead of heading back to work tomorrow.
