This post is weeks late because between you, your brother and life, blogging is not a priority. Sorry, baby girl. I'm not lacking in the photograph department, just the time to edit them, post them to the blog and share you with our friends and family.
It's been a busy month for you. Shortly after you turned eight months old, you started crawling! One day you just lifted up and started moving and you haven't stopped. And now that you've started crawling, you are officially into EVERYTHING. Thank goodness the house is still "baby-proofed" because you have tried opening every cabinet in the house. If someone leaves one open by accident, you'll be the first to find it and start "unloading" everything that's in it. You unpack everything, too— laundry baskets, backpacks, diaper bags, cabinets, boxes. Doesn't matter what it is. You take every single thing out of it...for fun.
You've added mama to your vocabulary — and this mama loves hearing it. We're working on dada, but you think it's a funny word when we say it. You smile, laugh and then say mama. You also wave hi and bye and lift your arms up to show us that you're "so big."
AND, for the very first time you spent a weekend away from mommy and daddy (thank you Nannie and PopPop) and you were a rock star. We were all a little worried about how you'd handle being away from us, but you were a champ. You still prefer mommy and daddy, but you're slowly warming up to the idea of letting others hold you. Thank you.
It looks like your monthly photos are going to get hard now that you're on the move.
