Our little girl had her four month check-up and weighed in at 14 pounds 8 ounces, and measured 25.5" long. According to our pediatrician, she is in the 75–90th percentile for height and weight. How in the world do I have babies who are SO big, so young? Melina is about a pound lighter and an inch shorter than Miles was at this age. The pediatrician said she may fizzle out at puberty, but only time will tell.
Miles continued his streak as an awesome big brother. Just like at the last appointment, he offered to take the shots for Melina again. He said he didn't want her to cry. Thankfully she only whimpered during the appointment but she made up for it later. Melina was not a very happy little girl that night. She's recovered and we have two months to prepare ourselves for the next round.
