Toddler Talk

Daddy (to Mommy): You're addicted to the internet.
Mommy: That may be but at least I'm reading USA Today (on my iPad) in an attempt to catch-up on US and world news.
Daddy: Internet addict.
Mommy (to Miles): Did you know that the average SuperBowl commercial will cost $3.5 million this year?
Miles: No. Mommy, I not know what that mean.
Daddy just sits there and shakes his head.

After dropping Mike off to carpool with a co-worker.
Miles: Mommy, I want Daddy.
Mommy: Daddy has to go to work today.
Miles: Mommy, I need Daddy.
Mommy: I know buddy. Daddy will be home this afternoon. Do you want or need Mommy?
Miles: No. Just Daddy.

Daddy: Miles, where is the moon?
Miles: (looks and points) Right there!
Daddy: Miles, where is the sun?
Miles: In China.
