Like most two-year-olds, Miles has a mind of his own. He will use his "big boy" potty when he wants and refuses when he prefers to use his diaper. Quite frankly, we really don't care right now. We're happy if he decides to use his potty and reward him with lots of high fives and clapping (and we throw in a few marshmallows from time to time as well). If he says no, we don't push it and ask again later. I'm sure in a few months we'll be pushing for him to be potty trained but for now, we're going with the flow (no pun intended!).

Ha..ha! I think we could put up the exact same post. Very similar picture as well. Some times she goes on the potty, some times she absolutely refuses...and we also decided to not push things for now. Too funny!
