For Sale

After three years of searching for a single family home, Mike and I have decided to put our townhouse up on the market. We have placed a big on a bank owned property; however, we haven't heard whether or not our offer has been accepted. We decided not to wait to list our place. We had our first showing last night and another one this morning. We're hoping this weekend brings lots of people. We're not sure what we are going to do if we sell our house and our offer on the other one isn't accepted, but we'll cross that bridge when/if it happens.
